Sketchfab
You can use Sketchfab's free model viewer to view any 3D models you upload to the site. Once you've uploaded your model, click "View" at the top right corner of the screen. Then select "3D Models." Click "Open" to open the file browser window where you can navigate to the location of your.obj files. Select the.obj file you'd like to view, and click "Upload."

The Unity Asset Store has thousands of free assets available for download. These range from simple models to complex scenes with multiple characters. You can also find paid items such as character rigs, particle effects, and more.
Blender
Blender is an open source 3D modeling software used by artists, designers, engineers, architects, students, hobbyists, and professionals. It was originally developed by volunteers at the University of Southern California (USC) under the name RenderMan.
Photoshop
If you're looking for a free alternative to Adobe's Creative Cloud suite of products, check out Blender. It has a similar interface as Photoshop, but with more features. You can use Blender to design models, textures, and even animations.
